Sometimes we take life a little too seriously.
I know I sure do!
It is easy to worry and fret our days away.
And yet play is one of the most valuable things we can do for our health and happiness.
When we invite more play into our lives, we release anxiety and make room for more joy to enter our lives.
And at the end of the day, isn’t that what we all really want? Less anxiety and more joy?
