  • I will create a guided meditation or self-care prompt for you every week that you can do in less than 30 minutes that will leave you feeling grounded and in tune with what matters to you, not what you think will make everyone else happy.
  • I will help you come back to the truth of who you are when you are not trying to prove yourself to everyone around you.
  • I will create self-care tools for you that will remind your body to calm down, to let go of the fight-or-flight anxiety of modern living, and to feel safe and at ease.

I’m a certified hypnotherapist with a master’s degree in psychology and 8 years of experience in creating online healing experiences for women. My clients often tell me that they go deeper into meditation with my voice than they can go on their own and I love creating guided meditations that will help them to get into that deep meditative state on their own time.
