Yesterday I realized that most of my body-scanning quick meditations have been telling me that I’m hungry, when minutes before I had told myself I wasn’t. I’ve been trying to work on eating more regularly because I think I’ve really slowed down my metabolism to the point that I find I’m rarely hungry and am probably not eating enough (and I’m by no means skinny as a result), so it’s been interesting having my body tell me that it is.
