i dive into the well of my body
and end up in another world
everything i need
already exists in me
there’s no need
to look anywhere else

For womxn who crave a more nourishing relationship with their bodies…

I’d like to invite you into a deep and enriching experience that will help you to:

  • Learn how to tune into and listen to your body so that you can know what you need in the present moment.
  • Explore your relationship with your body through a framework that invites you to look at your own personal history, as well as exploring the greater societal context (i.e. capitalism, white supremacy, gender binaries, patriarchy, ableism, and more).
  • Approach your body as a dear friend and the most powerful relationship in your life.

Reframing Your Body is an intimate group program that will bring you together with other womxn to explore our personal and collective stories our bodies.

It will include weekly practices to do on your own, educational readings + emotional and spiritual healing as a community (via phone/Zoom).

Dates: February 14th – May 8th

(*Community calls will be held on Saturdays at 11am Arizona time.)

  • Weeks 1-3: Exploring your personal story
  • Weeks 4-6: Exploring societal stories
  • Weeks 7-9: Creating a new story for yourself
  • Weeks 10-12: Stepping into a new story

Bonus Class: Join us for a meditation class with Sha’ Roehm. Sha’ is a meditation teacher who found herself feeling lost in her body before discovering meditation. She now teaches meditation in person and online. Date and time TBD

About Me:

I’m a certified hypnotherapist with a master’s degree in psychology and two years of master’s degree level courses in nutrition. I am highly sensitive, live with Hashimoto’s – an autoimmune condition – and check in with my body daily. I also struggled with binge eating for years until I discovered hypnotherapy and learned how to dismantle the cultural stories keeping me in a cycle of dieting and bingeing. I bring my own experience into this program along with 8+ years of helping womxn build more collaborative and loving relationships with their bodies.

A little more about me: I’m biracial, white-assumed, and always checking my biases and looking to be a better human. My children have taught me more about myself than probably anything else in life. I believe that Black lives matter, trans rights are human rights, and feminism must be intersectional. I’m an introvert, a gluten-free foodie (for 11 years now!), and a former soccer and rugby player.

My favorite body practices that bring me joy are: dancing (solo or with friends/family), meditation and self-hypnosis, and long walks.
