My name is Iris Higgins and I’ll be your fairy angel along the way.
For years, I was stuck in a dark place of chronic pain and depression. Now, I like to think of it as my chrysalis. That pain and depression kept me still, kept me quiet, and unmoving. Stuck in my chrysalis, I dreamed of what it would feel like to break away. To feel happiness again, deep in my body. To wake up each morning with excitement, ready to take on my life. That period in my life was a necessary teaching, but eventually I knew it was time to come into a new space.
I knew I was ready for magic again.
I broke out.
I discovered my inner magic.
And now I want to help you break out.
