A Little Story:

In 2009, I started a gluten free blog during a time in my life when I felt uninspired, sapped of creativity, and depressed. That blog helped me tap back into my creativity through writing and creating recipes.

Over 7 years, I wrote more than 400 posts, most of them recipes. I co-wrote a couple of gluten free baking guides, spoke at some gluten free conferences, went to grad school for nutrition…

In many ways, starting that blog helped bring me back to life. And while I still eat gluten-free and believe wholeheartedly that food can heal, it no longer seems to be my path to teach others about food and cooking. Instead I now help women unlearn limiting stories and prioritize their wellbeing through hypnotherapy, coaching, and meditation.
